Social action and education in Lleida

Prosec (Promotora Social) is an association based in Lleida that works in social services. Its programs are organized into four areas: social inclusion and families, education, training and employment, and participation.

Areas of work

• Social inclusion and families: Programs for children, nonformal education, family support, street outreach, and sports. This area includes a program connected with Fundación La Caixa.
• Formal education: School support, scholarships, and second-chance education programs.
• Training and employment: Vocational training, career guidance and job placement, employer outreach and matching, customized company training, and a job-placement agency.
• Participation: Community engagement, volunteering, mobility, and cultural programs.
