2CARE is based in Lleida and has operated since 2005. It provides medical certifications, data-protection services, and business training. It serves individuals, independent professionals, and companies, and reports a presence in Barcelona and surrounding areas. Its team has seven professionals.

• Certificates and permits: Processing driver's licenses and sports permits.
• Data protection and compliance: Implementation of data-protection processes and specialized audits.
• Business activity coordination: Managing and supervising coordination between companies and regulatory compliance for workplace safety.
• Training and business support: Subsidized employee training for businesses and management of training credits.
• Equality protocols and workplace safety: Policies addressing workplace harassment, sexual harassment, and sex-based harassment, with related prevention training.
