A family winery in Les Useres

Bodega Flors makes red and white wines from its own vineyards in Les Useres, Castellón. Some of the vines are more than 60 years old. Vicente Flors Martí leads winemaking with the aim of expressing the balance of local climate, soil, and tradition.

Wines

Production centers on two main lines:

• Clotàs: The winery's flagship label. Blanc de Clotàs is barrel-aged, with aromas described as pastry, white stone, and grapes, followed by notes of syrup and beeswax. On the palate, the winery describes a silky wine with candied-lemon and dairy notes and a long, balanced finish.
• A mi Aire: Natural wines made from recovered vineyards. A mi Aire Tinto is a handcrafted red with a purplish color and aromas of ripe red and black fruit, figs, and flowers. It is described as spicy and fruity, with a fresh, full-bodied feel.

The wines are sold through the winery's online store.

Visits and tastings

Bodega Flors offers guided visits and tastings that take guests through the vineyards and explain how the wine is made. It belongs to the Ruta de Sabor. Experiences it promotes include wine-and-cheese tastings in Castellón and activities connected to the natural landscape and events such as the August 12 solar eclipse.
