BSV Electronic SL is a technology company founded in 1984 by Luis Vila and now managed by the second generation of the family, Jordi Vila. Since 2019, it has been part of Grupo Ibérica. The company designs, manufactures, and sells electronic solutions for professionals in water treatment, lighting, and swimming pools.

Business lines

BSV operates through three commercial divisions:

• Water treatment: design and manufacture of salt-chlorination equipment for public and private swimming pools, intended to disinfect water without chemicals.
• LED lighting: energy-efficient lighting solutions.
• Custom electronics manufacturing: development of tailored electronic equipment for other manufacturers.

The BSPool brand serves the pool sector and has its own catalogs, including BSPool 2017 and a general catalog from 2018.

Manufacturing and international reach

BSV manufactures all its products in Spain under the “Made in Barcelona” and “Made in Spain” labels. It has its own production plant, expanded with a new facility that began operating in October 2016, and a showroom opened in 2016. The BSPool brand began expanding internationally in 2015.
