A century-old agricultural cooperative

Agrària i Secció de Crèdit La Borgenca is an agricultural cooperative based in Les Borges Blanques, in Lleida province, founded in 1918. It produces and markets extra-virgin olive oil, fruit, and other farm products, and also operates a credit section.

Products

Extra-virgin olive oil is its signature product, sold in several sizes:

• 5-liter jug: €39.90
• 2-liter jug: €17.60
• 750-milliliter bottle: €8.55
• 500-milliliter bottle: €6.60

The cooperative also sells loose and packaged fruit and can prepare gift boxes. Its fruit-packing center has a production capacity of about 10,000 tons.

Store and services

The cooperative has an approximately 80-square-meter store where customers can buy a broad range of products. Its online store is available Monday through Saturday, and orders can also be placed by phone. The cooperative offers home delivery with no weight limit and delivery within 48 hours, along with several online payment options.

Quality and sustainability

The cooperative holds two quality seals for its products and uses recyclable packaging. It says its extra-virgin olive oil is produced without pesticides or harmful chemicals and that it promotes regenerative farming practices with local growers.
