Foundry Materials and Equipment

Euskatfund has more than 20 years of experience in the foundry industry. It manufactures and sells foundry products and distributes machinery from international manufacturers. The company describes itself as one of the few domestic manufacturers of molding resin.

Products

• No-bake resins: furan, alkaline phenolic, and phenolic urethane resins designed for different metals and processes.
• Pre-coated sands: sand coated with phenolic resin for shell molding, also known as the Croning process.
• Silica sands: high-quality sand with a silicon dioxide (SiO₂) content above 99%, available in different grain sizes.
• Ceramic filters and ceramic tubes.
• Feeders.

Machinery

Euskatfund distributes machinery from global manufacturers for chemical molding, coremaking, and green-sand molding. Its equipment includes articulated mixers under the OMEGA brand and shell-molding machines under the PRIMAFOND brand.

Partners and Certifications

The company has distribution agreements, including one with Capital Refractories. It holds ISO 9001:2015 quality-management and ISO 14001:2015 environmental-management certifications. It collaborates with technology centers, laboratories, and universities on research, development, and innovation projects.
