QR digital menus for hospitality businesses

V11 Soluciones Tecnológicas is a company based in Lebrija, Seville, selling a digital menu service for bars, restaurants, and cafés under the “Tu Carta Digital” brand. Plans and prices

The company offers four annual plans at published prices before VAT:

• Basic (€30): online setup of a menu supplied by the customer, custom QR code, uncustomized informational signs for doors, and five QR cards for employees. It does not include custom design, a dessert menu, a logo, menu changes, allergen information, social media, additional information, or photos.
• Basic Plus (€60): adds custom design for signs and cards and 500 QR cards. It retains the same exclusions as the Basic plan.
• Advanced (€90): an adaptable basic menu of up to 80 items, custom design, 500 QR cards, 10 employee QR cards, a dessert menu, a logo, and one menu change per year. It does not include allergen information, social media, additional information, or photos.
• Custom (€135): an adaptable custom menu of up to 80 items, 1,000 QR cards, 10 employee QR cards, a dessert menu, a logo, one annual menu change, allergen information, social media, and additional information. Photos are not included.

The company also provides custom quotes to tailor a plan to each business.

How it works and terms

The customer provides the menu (as a PDF or JPG for the Basic and Basic Plus plans, or in other formats such as a Word document by email, WeTransfer, or WhatsApp), and the company handles the online setup and QR code. With the Basic and Basic Plus plans, the menu is posted as received and cannot be changed; changes require the Advanced or Custom plan. Additional QR cards can be requested based on customer traffic.
