Recreational boating instruction
Blue Sailing eXperience is a nautical school approved by Spain’s Directorate General of the Merchant Marine. It prepares students for recreational boating credentials and provides the required practical training for each license. Its listed headquarters are in Las Rozas, Madrid, and it also conducts on-water training in Valencia.

Practical training and skills
The school offers radio-operator practice and practical training for the Navigation License, PNB, PER, Yacht Skipper, and Yacht Captain, as well as sailing endorsements and additional Balearic Islands training for the PER. It also has a virtual simulator and skills workshops.

- Navigation License: €130 including VAT (2 hours of theory and 4 hours of practice, completed in Madrid on the same day; medical certificate not included; credential issuance included).
- Short-Range Radio Operator (ROCA) practice: €150 including VAT, with a previous listed price of €180 (4 hours of theory and 8 hours of practice in Madrid, using an approved simulator; certificate issuance included).
- PER navigation practice: €172 including VAT, with a previous listed price of €180 (required motorboat training, 16 hours over two days in Valencia; certificate issuance included).

Sailing experiences and club
Along with formal instruction, it organizes introductory sailing experiences on the El Atazar reservoir and four- and eight-hour outings there, and it has a Sailing Club. The next Madrid session announced is June 27 for PNB and PER students.
