Losan Consultores y Auditores is a Spanish business group made up of three firms: Losan Consultores S.L., Losan Auditores S.L., and López y Martín Auditores S.L. The group provides businesses with tax, employment, accounting, and audit services across several Canary Islands.

Background

López y Martín Auditores S.L. began operating in 1993, during the period of Spanish commercial law reforms in the late 1980s and early 1990s. Losan Consultores S.L. has provided services since 2003 and holds UNE/EN/ISO 9001:2008 quality certification. Losan Auditores S.L., the group’s newest firm, expanded its audit work to include public-sector audit and consulting and insolvency proceedings.
