Support for people and families
Fundació Vallès Oriental is a nonprofit based in La Roca del Vallès, in Barcelona province, that works with people with intellectual disabilities and their families. Its work combines direct support throughout a person's life with services for businesses designed to create opportunities for inclusive employment.
Services for people and families
The foundation offers a network of care and support services, including training, an occupational center, a specialized care center, a residence, housing services at Casa Empúries, and a functional rehabilitation building. It says its goal is to respond to each person's needs as they change over time while promoting social inclusion and personal independence.
Services for businesses
Through its Centre Especial de Treball, the foundation provides outsourced services to businesses and government agencies. Its offerings include:
