Clinical care, teaching, and research

Fundació Josep Finestres is affiliated with the University of Barcelona and operates its own clinics. Its work spans clinical care, university teaching, and health research, primarily in dentistry and podiatry, as well as psychology.

These centers support clinical training for undergraduate, master's, and postgraduate students at the Faculty of Dentistry and the University of Barcelona’s Podiatry program.

Teaching and research

The foundation provides facilities and support for university students’ practical training. Its research teams take part in scientific projects and bring findings into clinical practice. Recent initiatives include a pioneering study in digital guided surgery developed with University of Barcelona professionals, as well as staff participation in scientific conferences such as the 2025 SEI-Toledo Congress.
