Metal Stamping and Advanced Welding

Symyb manufactures metal components through stamping and advanced welding. With 50 years in business, it primarily serves the automotive industry while also working with other industrial customers. Its approach combines in-house tooling and die design with production processes intended to optimize components from the design stage.

Capabilities and Processes

• Metal stamping: Mechanical and hydraulic presses up to 350 tons. Symyb uses progressive stamping, with continuous feeding and progressive dies, for large runs with demanding technical requirements, and conventional stamping, including blanking, cutting, and drawing, for small and medium runs.
• Machine-vision welding: Automated systems and collaborative robots (cobots) with machine vision inspect every manufactured part to support precise assembly and real-time quality control.
• Tool and die making: An in-house tooling and die shop with advanced equipment supports production and new projects developed with the engineering team.
• Quality laboratory: High-precision 2D and 3D measurement systems check each component against technical requirements.

International Reach

Symyb exports to four continents and works with customers that need global production. Its ability to adapt to different markets, along with its automotive experience, supports its international business.
