Wivacom is a local telecommunications provider selling fiber-optic internet, mobile service, and AirStream wireless links. The company positions itself as an alternative to national carriers and says its rates do not increase over time and are adapted to customers' locations.

Services and published plans

• Fiber: plans starting at 600 Mbps with a landline for €15.80 per month, with free installation, a 12-month commitment, and a router included; speeds up to 1 gigabit are available.
• Mobile: unlimited-call plans with data, from €6.95 per month for 15 GB to €14.95 for 200 GB. Fiber-and-mobile bundles start at €21.80 per month.
• AirStream: wireless links at 10 or 20 Mbps, starting at €9.95 per month, with a €30 setup fee and a six-month commitment. The service is intended for areas without fiber coverage.
• Additional services: unified communications, Cloud Connect, a TV platform with more than 140 channels, home automation, dedicated-access hosting, and security.

Service locations and coverage checks

Wivacom lists offices in L'Alcúdia and Benifaió in Valencia province, and Valdemorillo and Colmenarejo in Madrid province. Customers can use the company's website to request a coverage check for their location. The service is operated by Wivacom Interactiva, S.L.
