GICA - MLS Cádiz

A shared property network across Cádiz province

GICA - MLS Cádiz is the Association of Real Estate Managers of Cádiz Province, a group of agencies that cooperate through a shared property database. It uses an MLS (Multiple Listing Service) model, in which a common CRM matches buyer and seller clients across member agencies.

The association brings together more than 100 offices and about 450 real estate professionals working across Cádiz province.

How the network works

Clients receive personal service from their real estate agent, who shares a property with the network of participating professionals, expanding the reach of a transaction. A buyer can access the combined listings of all member agencies through a single office. The association says the network has more than 10,300 prospective clients and 1,200 properties in its portfolio.

Member agencies carry professional liability and surety insurance, according to the association. GICA also provides training for its members and maintains cooperation agreements with similar associations.

Geographic coverage

GICA has a presence in 16 towns and cities in Cádiz province, including Cádiz, Chiclana, San Fernando, Puerto Real, La Línea, Los Barrios, Algeciras, Sotogrande, Chipiona, El Puerto de Santa María, Rota, Sanlúcar, Jerez, and Ubrique.
