Industrial and motorcycle power transmission

Bea Transmisión is the Spanish subsidiary of BEA Group, an Italian manufacturer of power-transmission components. It distributes the group's industrial and motorcycle product lines in Spain and Portugal. BEA Group recently formed Dan-Belt Transmisión after acquiring Continental Group's industrial-belt plant in Sant Feliu de Llobregat, expanding the group's product offering on the Iberian Peninsula.

Industrial division

The industrial division sells a broad range of power-transmission components:

• Sprockets and discs for single-, double-, and triple-strand chains, in various materials and configurations.
• Single-, double-, and triple-strand roller chains in steel and stainless steel under the BEA and SRC brands.
• Spur gears and racks, plus straight- and helical-tooth bevel gears.
• Timing pulleys, with minimum-bore or taper-bore options, and grooved pulleys for V-belts.
• Timing belts and V-belts, with mounting accessories.
• Fasteners for sprockets, gears, and pulleys in various materials.
• RESATEC elastic and oscillating tensioners.
• Flexible, torsional, and rigid couplings.
• Bearings as a complement to the power-transmission catalog.
• Thermoplastic gears, pulleys, and idler sprockets, listed as a new product line.
• Electric motors and gear reducers in a separate catalog.

The company also manufactures custom-designed parts and provides machining and custom surface treatments.

Motorcycle division

For two-wheel vehicles, Bea Transmisión offers BEA and JT components for motorcycles and ATVs, including sprockets, chainwheels, drive chains, and complete kits.

Shipping and service

The company says its high daily shipping volume allows it to negotiate with major transportation providers, arrange late daily pickups, and pass competitive shipping rates on to customers.
