NACEX.shop Pickup Network

NACEX.shop is a network of retail pickup and drop-off locations and lockers for e-commerce. Consumers can collect or return online purchases at nearby locations, many of which are open on Saturdays and Sundays. The network covers Spain and Portugal.

Network and Capacity

The company reports more than 300 franchises, 35 hubs, over 4,000 NACEX.shop locations, more than 3,000 vehicles, and over 5,000 employees and contractors. Its sorting capacity is 164,900 parcels per hour.

History and Recent Developments

NACEX has operated for more than 30 years, building a franchise network and technology tools that track shipments in real time. In 2026, the company marked eight years of working with ASDENT to support research into Dent disease. Since 2018, the charitable campaign has collected more than 165 tons of plastic bottle caps. NACEX has also expanded its capacity in Portugal with a new facility in Montijo, which can process more than 6,500 shipments per hour and replaces its Alcochete hub.
