XTEC (Xarxa Telemàtica Educativa de Catalunya) is Catalonia’s educational network and an institutional portal operated by the Department of Education and Vocational Training of the Government of Catalonia. It is not a commercial company; it is public digital infrastructure serving Catalonia’s education community.

The portal offers a wide range of resources and services for schools, educators, and students. Its sections include:

• User support: Password management, user administration, and online services for schools.
• Students: Educational guidance, emotional well-being, addiction prevention, healthy habits, and support resources.
• Schools: Documents for school organization and management (DOIGC); celebrations, awards, and contests; and resources on school plans, coexistence, libraries, intellectual property, and copyright.
• Community: School–family relationships, educational mentoring, community education plans, and health and sports at school.
• Curriculum: Information on the high school curriculum and other stages of education.

Account access

The platform includes a restricted area with services such as “Els meus certificats” (My Certificates), “Contrasenya” (Password), “Formació professional” (Vocational Training), and “Àtom.” Users can manage their credentials and access the department’s online services.
