Andalusia’s regional government and public portal
The Junta de Andalucía is the governing institution of Andalusia, an autonomous community in Spain. Its official portal brings together public services, administrative procedures, and institutional information. It is a public administration, not a private company, with responsibilities across many policy areas.
Public services and areas of responsibility
- Education: scholarships and financial aid; early childhood through university education; vocational and adult education; virtual school services; iPasen; Distrito Único Andaluz; and Moodle Centros.
- Employment: job searches, self-employment, public-sector jobs, job training, retirement, immigration and emigration, labor relations, workplace safety, and employability. Services include job-seeker renewals, job listings, SEPE training courses, IAAP selection processes, and the SIPRI substitute-teacher system.

Online services include ClicSalud+ appointments, Salud Responde, waiting-list information, and health-card requests and renewals. The virtual health card is for people covered by Andalusia’s public health system.

- Families and equality: domestic partnership registration, disability assessments, and large-family cards.

- Transportation: vehicle inspection appointments, public transit services, and the Youth Transit Card.

Transparency and official publications
