Vivido

Reviews of rental homes in Spain

Vivido is a Spanish digital platform for reviews of rental homes. Its goal is to let renters read other people’s firsthand experiences with a specific apartment before signing a lease by searching for an address, street, or neighborhood.

How it works

• Search for homes by address, street, or neighborhood.
• Renters who have lived in a property can post reviews.
• Reviews are presented as verified by address.
• A city directory is intended to cover all of Spain.
• Users can register to write reviews and manage a profile.

Current status of the platform

The website currently says that no homes have been reviewed yet and invites users to be the first to leave a review. This indicates that the project is at an early stage of building its review database.
