Information sources and coverage

Directory information comes from registered users who verify their direct relationship with a business and from the INFORMA D&B S.A. (SME) database. INFORMA's database draws on public and private sources, including the Spanish Commercial Registry Gazette (BORME), official company filings, the Official State Gazette (BOE), provincial and regional official bulletins, national and regional press, commissioned research, and other publications.

Empresite reports that its directory includes information on more than 3 million Spanish companies. It features rankings of major companies by revenue and employee count, as well as company lists by province and industry.

Access and registration

Directory access and user registration are free. To list a business, users must register and verify their direct relationship with it. Registered users can save favorite businesses, receive update alerts, and report abuse or incorrect information.
