Industrial Machinery for Print and Packaging

Cauhé is the trade name of Talleres Casablanca, a company that designs, builds, and repairs industrial machinery for graphic arts, paperboard, and packaging. With more than 45 years of experience, it describes itself as a leader in large-format machinery construction and repair.

Main Products

• Large-format manual die cutters: From 46 × 66 cm to 200 × 330 cm, with custom formats available on request and options for customization.
• Semiautomatic die cutters and puzzle die cutters: The TP102 model can cut a puzzle of up to 2,000 pieces in a single stroke.
• Paper and paperboard guillotines: Robusta (GH) and Ligera (GL) series, from 170 × 170 cm to 450 × 450 cm; they can also handle plastics, thin metals, carpets, and fabrics.
• Hollow-drill paper drill: Configurable with up to six movable heads for drilling and perforating paper and paperboard.
• Lifting platforms, loaders, and unloaders for paper and paperboard, as well as a heated platen and color-stamping equipment for die cutting.

Services

Along with manufacturing, the company repairs and maintains machinery and buys and sells used equipment. It also repairs machines from other brands, including TCZ, cTZ, Ibérica, TMZ, Crosland, Standard, Sutter, Powerpress, Simplacutter, and Polar.

Energy Efficiency

Talleres Casablanca has installed a solar photovoltaic power plant for on-site consumption as part of its energy-efficiency projects.
