Bit-Box monitoring service

The Bit-Box service provides continuous monitoring for condition-based maintenance (CBM) of rotating machinery, particularly industrial fans. It supports predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance and helps optimize fan performance. The system detects early changes in operating conditions and issues targeted alerts that help identify the source of a fault. In November 2019, Acciona began monitoring the fans at its Sangüesa biomass plant with B3 Fantech’s Bit-Box system, whose control center analyzes and diagnoses performance in real time.

Baltogar is certified to ISO 9001:2015. In 2013, TST’s ENAC-accredited high-temperature fan-testing laboratory tested a 3-meter-diameter fan made by Baltogar.
