Hydraulic and pneumatic automation components

With more than 50 years of experience, Aircontrol designs, manufactures, and supplies pneumatic and hydraulic cylinders, pneumatic control panels and cabinets, and other machine-automation components. The company handles its own production, allowing it to provide solutions tailored to customer requirements.

Products and specialties

• Pneumatic cylinders: ISO 6432, ISO 6431/15552/VDMA 24562 (including stainless-steel versions), CNOMO, heavy-duty, and custom series.
• Hydraulic cylinders: ISO 6020/1, ISO 6020/2, and ISO 3320 series, plus custom designs.
• Pneumatic panels and cabinets: made to order.
• ACE industrial shock absorbers: miniature and industrial decelerators, Tubus profile dampers, gas springs, speed controllers, and rotary and door dampers.
• Vibration control: rubber-metal isolators, leveling mounts, supports, isolation plates, and pneumatic leveling components.
• ROSS valves and air treatment: base-mounted, ISO 5599-I/II, ANSI, SAE, miniature, inline, piston, safety, manual, and mechanical valves, plus FRL units and air-preparation systems.
• GLOBE pneumatic motors: vane models (standard, oil-free, stainless steel, geared, and braked), piston motors, and compact models.
• NITTO KOHKI pumps and compressors: linear piston and diaphragm pumps and compressors, blowers, miniature DC pumps, and piezoelectric pumps.
• SCHMITT pumps: horizontal and vertical pumps for hazardous and corrosive liquids, along with motors and connectors.

Authorized distribution

In addition to manufacturing its own products, Aircontrol is an authorized distributor in Spain and Portugal for international brands including Ross Controls (valves and air treatment), ACE Controls (industrial damping), Globe (pneumatic motors and test equipment), Nitto Kohki (vacuum pumps and compressors), and Schmitt (pumps for hazardous liquids).
