Turbo Rent a Car

In Ibiza, the pickup location can shape the first day of a trip as much as the vehicle itself. Turbo Rent a Car operates 12 locations across the island, including an office near the airport, another in Playa d’en Bossa, and several in Cala de Bou, Sant Antoni, Port des Torrent, Cala Tarida, and Es Canar. Customers choose where to pick up and return a vehicle during booking. For airport arrivals, the company says a courtesy shuttle takes customers to its office about five minutes away.

The fleet includes compact and automatic cars, convertibles, 4x4s, vans, scooters, motorcycles, quads, and bicycles. The company reports more than 30 years of rental experience in Ibiza and offers Smart and Flexible rates. Smart bookings can’t be changed or canceled; the Flexible rate allows changes or cancellation without a penalty when requested at least 48 hours before pickup. That distinction matters when comparing prices, especially if flights or lodging plans may still change.

Rental requirements also deserve attention. The company requires drivers renting cars and quads to be at least 21 and to have held a license for two years; motorcycle renters must be at least 18. Basic coverage includes a deductible and a deposit in the same amount, and the company states that its vehicles may not leave Ibiza or be taken to Formentera. Coverage details and exclusions vary by vehicle, so read the full terms before paying.

The contact office is listed at Carrer Cala de Bou, 26, in Sant Josep de sa Talaia; the airport and other branches have their own addresses and, in some cases, seasonal schedules. The online booking system shows availability by date and pickup location. If you’re staying in more than one part of the island, choosing a branch near your lodging can simplify both pickup and return.
