Cutting services

• Oxyfuel cutting: can produce a range of bevels
• Laser cutting: performed in a 3,500-square-meter facility dedicated to the technology and equipped with advanced machinery
• Plasma cutting: high-definition machines with a head capable of making V, Y, X, and K bevels
• 24-hour service: listed on the company website

Finishing and machining

• Deburring: manual and robotic technology
• Straightening: presses with capacity up to 750 tons
• Bending: press brakes up to 8,000 mm long and with bending force up to 2,000 tons
• Shot blasting: a 24-meter RÖSLER blasting line with an integrated paint booth
• Drilling and tapping: available during or after cutting

Inventory and logistics

The company maintains a standing inventory of more than 7,000 tons of material. It has its own distribution service and vehicle fleet.
