Commercial Kitchen Projects

Ibertrasa is part of CHgroup and works on commercial-kitchen projects and services for restaurants, hotels, and institutional food-service operations. Its integration into the group preserves Ibertrasa’s identity and activity, particularly in central and southern Spain, while adding a long-established project brand to the group.

Company History

The company began in the early 1990s, during a period of modernization in Spain’s hospitality industry. Its development can be summarized in three stages:

• 1993–2000: established a national presence, expanding in Madrid and Andalusia and focusing on quality and customized restaurant and hospitality projects.
• 2000–2010: diversified its solutions, added equipment and its own furniture lines, and expanded into hotel chains, franchises, shopping centers, and public institutions.
• 2010–2020: took part in projects for major companies, hotel chains, and restaurant groups.

Selected Projects

Projects cited by the company as examples of its work include installations for EA Sports in Madrid, the Cupra flagship in Madrid, Google in Málaga, Hotel Boho in Madrid, La Maruca restaurant in Madrid, Vincci hotels in Madrid, Seville, and Tenerife, and DiverXO restaurant in Madrid.
