It is part of an industrial group with Industrias Bardi, whose Peralta plant specializes in small technical-plastic parts and assembly for the electronics industry. Plásticos Brello specializes in single-component and two-component (2K) injection-molded parts.

Capacity and Products

The company makes parts from a few grams up to 7 kg, in sizes and configurations suited to its machinery. It specializes in automotive components, particularly two-component parts, and also makes appliance components and parts for other industries.

• Automotive: exterior and interior parts, including water deflectors, exterior pillars, light guides, reflectors, interior pillars, under-hood parts, trunk components, and roof parts.
• Appliances: parts decorated with screen printing, pad printing, hot stamping, paint, and chrome plating.
• Electrical, electric mobility, and home automation.
• Medical: parts with painted, plated, or pad-printed finishes.
• Industrial: parts made with technical materials such as PA66, PPSU, and PEEK.
• Pharmaceutical and medical: parts made mainly from PC and PMMA.
• Other finishes: chrome plating, 24-karat gold, PVD, and paint.

Engineering and Technology

The group provides project design and engineering, mold making, and Industry 4.0 services. Its facilities include production capacity, warehousing, and a maintenance shop.

Quality and Certifications

Plásticos Brello reports certification to IATF 16949 and ISO 14001:2015. The company says it invests in inspection equipment and process improvements using innovative quality techniques.

Public Funding
