Direct-booking benefits

The group sells stays through its official website and advertises a best-price guarantee, priority check-in, a 10% discount on a future stay in another city, and welcome touches such as a bottle of water or chocolates and a personalized card. Room upgrades and early check-in or late check-out depend on availability. Luggage service is offered only at its Seville and Granada properties.

Who the stays suit

The range serves leisure and business travelers, from apartments and hotels to a Seville hostel aimed at younger visitors interested in activities and a sense of community. The group also offers local experiences, such as tickets to flamenco performances in Granada.
