The company works from customer drawings and can also contribute during design to improve cost and production efficiency.

Mecanizados Teklan holds ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications, CAF CL3 welding certification, and welder qualifications under EN ISO 9606-1:2017 for stainless, weathering, and carbon steel and EN ISO 9606-2:2005 for aluminum. It uses advanced CAD/CAM systems and an ERP system that sends designs directly to production equipment.
Facilities
Since 2017, the company has operated on a private 12,000-square-meter site at Ibaiondo Industrialdea, Plot 1–2, 20120 Hernani, Gipuzkoa, with 6,000 square meters of built space. The facility has separate areas for raw-material receiving and storage, production, finished-goods storage, and shipping. This layout supports large runs with just-in-time deliveries as well as short runs with tight lead times.
