Access and stay policies

There is no 24-hour front desk. Guests use digital keys and complete online check-in through an app. Check-in begins at 3 p.m., and checkout is before noon unless an earlier or later arrangement is requested and available.

Pets weighing up to 20 kg are accepted for €20 per night, provided they are well behaved; owners are responsible for any damage. Service animals for people with disabilities are accepted at no charge and without a weight limit. A €75 security deposit is authorized on a credit card for each stay and released after checkout once the property has been inspected. Payment is accepted online by card, by bank transfer before arrival, or in cash on arrival.

Cancellation requests must be sent in writing. Cancellations made more than seven days before arrival receive a full refund; later cancellations are nonrefundable.
