Transportation Services

The company ships freight across Spain and internationally, with departures from Lleida to destinations throughout the European Union. Its fleet includes refrigerated trucks with temperature recorders, moving-floor trailers, curtainsiders, and flatbeds. It is authorized to carry nonhazardous food waste. Vehicles meet EURO-5 and EURO-6C standards and are tracked by satellite. Transports Argelich says its fleet is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and can provide a two-driver team when needed.

For less-than-truckload freight, the company runs daily refrigerated groupage routes, collecting from major production areas in Lleida and Aragón and delivering to Barcelona, Madrid, Girona, and Perpignan. It also offers dry groupage in Catalonia and frozen-freight groupage in the Andorra area.

Logikfred: Storage and Distribution

Logikfred is Argelich’s main storage and distribution center. Its Vila-sana logistics platform handles pickup and storage of frozen, refrigerated, and dry goods, as well as packaging, labeling, and distribution. The facility has 12 cold-storage rooms at -22°C with a combined capacity of 33,000 pallets, plus five static blast-freezing tunnels, each with a capacity of 60 metric tons at -40°C. The rooms use mobile pallet-racking systems and radio-frequency identification (RFID) management to support product traceability. Temperature records are available for each storage location.
