Grup Mifas is a nonprofit founded in Girona in 1979 and led by people with disabilities. It works across Girona province to represent and defend the rights of people with physical, organic, or sensory disabilities and people at risk of social exclusion, while supporting their quality of life.

Organization and transparency
The group includes an association and a foundation, along with GiroPark, Basedi, Tadifi, and MIFASCET, SLU. It publishes information about its governing bodies, activity reports, its 2025–2031 strategic plan, grant-funded programs, regulatory compliance, and transparency, and it has an ethics hotline.
