Selected projects

• LIFE LUDWIGIA: A European project funded by the LIFE program to prevent, detect, and control the spread of the invasive aquatic plants Ludwigia peploides and Ludwigia grandiflora in Portugal's Coimbra Region. DEX is a project partner.
• SMARTPLAST (Horizon): Development of sustainable, biodegradable bioplastics made from organic waste.
• POLITA (Interreg SUDOE): Innovative agroecological practices to strengthen beneficial arthropod communities and improve ecosystem services.
• LIFE FERTI-WISE: An environmental-governance project funded by LIFE (reference 101215801), running from 2025 to 2029 and coordinated by NEIKER. Beneficiaries include INTIA, ITAP, IRTA, ITACyL, IFAPA, and DEX Asturias.
