A modular system for production improvement

Technolean is a product line made by Quimilock at its facility in Getafe, Madrid. The modular tubular system includes tubes, joints, rails, guides, connectors, and accessories that engineers can combine to improve production processes. The company reports more than 20 years of experience in the field.

Products and components

The Technolean range includes tubes, rails, joints, connectors, guides, label holders, wheels and feet, Heavy Load components, fasteners, tools, panel accessories, suspended solutions, FlexBox, and roller tracks.

All components are made at Quimilock's 4,600-square-meter facility, which includes a laboratory, offices, conference and training rooms, meeting rooms, warehouse, manufacturing area, and assembly shop. The company also has its own research-and-development and assembly departments.

Industrial applications

• Flow racks: structures for supplying components and parts to assembly processes.
• Carts: configured for the parts or tools that need to be moved, with lower cost and shorter lead times than preset designs.
• Workstations: work areas designed on site with input from operators, followed by successive improvements.

Workshops and training

Technolean offers workshops using its Hoshin Truck, where company technicians work alongside the customer's team with Lean components such as tubes, rails, and guides to develop ideas. Practical training combines continuous-improvement concepts with hands-on assembly and real applications, including Lean Manufacturing techniques.

The company lists offices and production sites in Getafe, as well as operations in Bratislava, Slovakia, and Paris, France.
