Novality is a Spanish industrial and technology company specializing in smart urban furniture. It designs, manufactures, and installs secure parking for bicycles and electric scooters, along with other digitized urban solutions such as beach lockers and neighborhood recycling drop-off points. Materials and technical features

The company uses premium materials such as Krion® by Porcelanosa and durable HPL with photo printing for distinctive, long-lasting, graffiti-resistant finishes. Designs can be adapted and customized for each client or municipality to reflect a city's identity. Production is entirely in Spain, and the company oversees the full process to support quality, efficiency, and scalability. Installations use a plug-and-play system.

Technology and digital management

Novality offers management through its own app, with real-time control of available spaces at each location, advance reservations, and ongoing usage monitoring. The platform can be integrated with other platforms using Fiware, an open European standard. It includes an integrated virtual point-of-sale system for secure payments and automated management, as well as real-time data reporting for clients.

Installation and maintenance

The company handles installation, management, and maintenance of its urban equipment. Services include regular checks of the furniture and digital systems, prompt issue resolution, software updates for the app and digital access system, and 24/7 technical support for user issues.

Installations and projects

Novality says it manages more than 1,800 parking spaces and has installed its solutions in multiple locations. Recent projects listed include smart parking at Plaza de Castilla in Madrid in September 2025, two new parking facilities in Murcia in July 2025, and smart parking in Las Rozas, Madrid, in May 2025.
