Steam disinfection for medical settings
Polti Sani System is a patented Steam Disinfection Device (DDV) that meets the AFNOR NF T72-110 standard for medical settings. It has demonstrated virucidal, bactericidal, sporicidal, fungicidal, yeast-killing, and mold-killing effects, and is also effective against SARS-CoV-2. The system was developed in collaboration with the University of Pavia's School of Medicine and Surgery.
Saturated, dry, superheated steam at up to 180°C acts within seconds without touching surfaces and without requiring drying afterward. According to independent laboratory tests, it eliminates up to 99.999% of microorganisms.
