The company presents five SaaS products already used by clients:

• Fipro: multi-tenant construction-project management with mobile apps and an Odoo backend.
• Komki: a GPS walkie-talkie for mobile teams with local Whisper transcription, keyword activation and geolocation.
• Asesoría IAO: a platform for tax and accounting firms with real-time financial dashboards, WhatsApp receipt OCR, Spanish tax-form automation and cash-flow forecasting.
• Admin Fincas: property-management software covering owner communications, incidents, meetings, accounts and special assessments.
• Palagan: an AI client-intake and support chat with PDF reports, Stripe payments, subscription tiers, CRM connections and marketing workflows.

Working method

Projects follow four stages: a complimentary discovery session, a functional prototype in one or two weeks, production deployment with training and impact measurement, and monthly iteration. For systems handling accounting, tax, resident or customer information, the contract should define data location, permissions, human review, security, backups, model providers and responsibility for consequential decisions.
