Nueva Pescanova is a multinational company working across the seafood value chain: fishing, aquaculture, processing, and marketing. Its operations include a fleet of 53 vessels, more than 7,000 hectares of turbot and shrimp farms, and 17 processing plants in 10 countries. The company markets more than 70 species in 80 countries.

Operations and innovation

The company works throughout the supply chain, from wild-capture fishing in Southern Hemisphere fishing grounds and aquaculture to processing at its own plants and international distribution. Its research and development projects include SENSOMARE, which focuses on food quality and logistics automation. The company has also increased its investment in Namibia with the addition of a new freezer trawler.
