Beekeeping and Family Roots

Naturval is a beekeeping business founded in 1996 by a couple of entrepreneurs whose family tradition of beekeeping dates back to 1925. It produces and sells honey and other hive products, along with natural wellness products and bee-based cosmetics.

Honey Origins and Production

Naturval identifies the origins of some of its honeys: eucalyptus honey is harvested in Extremadura, along the southern Mediterranean coast, and along the western Cantabrian coast; lavender honey comes from inland Spain, including Castilla-La Mancha, Castilla y León, Extremadura, and Madrid; and its organic wildflower honey comes from across Europe. The company says it packages honey by hand to preserve its properties.
