Fitshop

Fitshop has been a specialist fitness retailer since 1984, serving shoppers in Spain who want to equip a home workout area as well as organizations planning a professional facility. Its catalog extends well beyond cardio machines: it includes treadmills, exercise bikes, ellipticals, and rowers, along with benches, strength stations, weights, functional training accessories, massage and wellness products, trampolines, and sports-play equipment. The range combines third-party brands with the group’s own labels.

For home users, that breadth makes it possible to compare equipment with very different space requirements and training goals. A compact exercise bike calls for a different setup than a multi-gym or treadmill, and product pages and phone advice can help shoppers review specifications before choosing. The website reports more than four million customers across Europe and 69 branches on the continent; that figure describes the group’s European network, not a number of stores in Spain.

The professional division serves public and private gyms, hotels, spas, rehabilitation centers, clubs, companies, and institutions. Fitshop offers project planning, scaled room layouts, and coordination of delivery and assembly; it also describes in-house technical support for warranties, maintenance, and service issues. In a gym, choosing a machine is only one part of the job: room size, user flow, and the balance between cardio and strength all shape the final setup.

In Spain, purchases and customer advice are handled through the online store and its contact channels; the website does not list a Spanish network of retail stores. Its phone line for advice and orders is open on weekdays in two daily time blocks, and email is available for inquiries. Commercial projects have a dedicated B2B channel, useful when an order calls for planning, installation, or ongoing support.
