What Informa Deuda does

Informa Deuda is a consulting service focused on managing and resolving entries in debt files. It offers personalized reports identifying which files list a person or business, the reporting creditor, stated reason, amount and date of entry. Based on that report, the company offers a service it calls precautionary removal of data from debt files.

Services and listed prices

• Debt-file report for individuals and self-employed workers: €29, one-time payment. The company says the report includes the reporting creditor, contact phone, reason, exact amount, date of entry and inquiry history.
• Business debt-file report: €39, one-time payment, with similar information for legal entities.
• Precautionary data-removal service: Quoted separately based on the files involved. The company lists a 50% advance payment and the remaining 50% when it delivers a final report showing a zero balance.

Informa Deuda says it works with ASNEF, ASNEF Empresas, Experian (Badexcug) and RAI and does not use 807-rate phone lines. It lists a one-to-three-week turnaround for a report after payment is confirmed.

How the process works

Customers submit a request form, attach an ID copy and pay for the report. Informa Deuda says it verifies payment within 24 hours and sends the personalized report within one to three weeks. If a customer then requests precautionary removal, the company says it signs a separate agreement and collects half the quoted fee up front; the balance is due with the final zero-balance report. Each file removal is handled and priced separately.
