The customer only covers fuel and chooses their damage protection: a standard refundable deposit or the Zero Excess option, which covers damage without requiring a deposit.

Four fleet categories

The vehicles are organised into four tiers, each with individual prices according to the age, mileage and condition of the car:

• Platinum (Premium): the best-condition cars, typically under five years old and well equipped for long journeys and daily comfort.
• Gold (Mid-Range): vehicles between five and ten years old, often with sat nav and Bluetooth.
• Silver (Budget): reliable everyday cars, around ten years old, with higher mileage and possible minor dents or scratches.
• Bronze (Runabout): the oldest and highest-mileage vehicles, intended for short trips, shopping or local journeys.

Operating area and coverage

The company is based in Estepona and covers the Costa del Sol from Gibraltar to Mijas. It does not operate from airports, although it can arrange airport transfers through trusted partners if the customer requests it when making an enquiry. The drop-off and collection point is located in the Estepona industrial estate.
