After-school and outdoor programs

Esplai Espurnes is a youth recreation and education organization in Esplugues de Llobregat with 45 years of activity, marked by its motto “45 anys i endavant!” (“45 years and moving forward!”). It works with children and young people from its location at 40 Carrer del Bruc.

Activities and programs

The organization runs summer and weekend activities for different age groups. Its two main offerings for summer 2025–26 are:

• Tandes d'Estiu: Overnight stays in nature, with group activities, hikes, nighttime games, scavenger hunts, and evening programs tailored to different ages.

Throughout the year, Esplai Espurnes also organizes camps (Sírius, Iris, Siriris), trips (Phoenix, Orió, Deneb, Alanis, Kiviuq, Hydra), overnight stays (Pol·lioth), children's and teen day programs, service camps, and Carnival and local holiday activities. Its other projects include service learning, international cooperation (Chi u etamah), Volare, and Patis vius.
