What the Escalona Citizen Card offers

The Tarjeta Ciudadano Escalonero, also called ViveEscalona, is a personal, nontransferable citizen card available to residents of Escalona, Aldea en Cabo, and Paredes de Escalona. It provides discounts and reduced fees for municipal facilities and services in Escalona.

Who can apply

• People registered as residents of Escalona
• Residents of Escalona
• Eligible members or family members of Spain's State Security Forces assigned to Escalona
• Residents of Aldea en Cabo
• Residents of Paredes de Escalona

Application types

The online form can be used to apply for a new card, renew one, or request a replacement.

Documents and requirements

Applicants must attach the following:

• Images of the front and back of an identity document: national ID, tax ID, passport, or resident card.
• A recent, color, front-facing photo against a light background, at least 240 × 320 pixels, in JPG, GIF, or PNG format, no larger than 5 MB.
• Proof of the card fee: €30 for adults and €15 for young people up to age 25 and retirees.
• A certificate of residence issued by the relevant town hall.
• For eligible members of the State Security Forces who are not registered residents, and their eligible family members, proof of their assignment to Escalona.

Applications with photos that do not meet the stated requirements will not be processed. People without a suitable digital photo can apply in person.
