This includes metal-forming presses rated up to 250 tons; plastic injection-molding machines up to 600 tons; integral-skin polyurethane injection; carousels for cold-molded polyurethane and vacuum-formed seats; machines for cutting, welding, and sewing leather; and a testing laboratory. The company says it prefers to purchase new machinery and equipment rather than outsource manufacturing steps.
