Báculos y Columnas S.L. (Bacolsa) is a Spanish manufacturer specializing in tubular supports, with more than 30 years of experience. Its main products are street-lighting poles and columns, high-mast towers for sports lighting and mobile-crown systems, overhead-line supports, measurement masts for wind farms, and other tubular supports for specialized applications.

Facilities and production capacity

The company operates two production centers. Its main factory is in Valdemuel Industrial Park, Épila, Zaragoza, no number, 50290. The site covers 11,000 m², including three buildings totaling 9,680 m². It can manufacture street-lighting supports, high-mast towers, overhead-line supports, and measurement masts for wind farms. The second sales branch is in Cerro del Chato Industrial Park, no number, 18327 Lachar, Granada.

Processes and certifications

Bacolsa has an integrated management system and holds AENOR company registration under ISO 9001:2001. Its products carry CE marking and AENOR's N mark under EN 40-5. The company has also registered its 2023 carbon footprint with Spain's Ministry for the Ecological Transition. Its manufacturing process includes hot-dip galvanizing in molten zinc at 450°C under ISO 1461:2023. An additional paint process can extend product life and provide the requested color finish.
