Ingeniería y Estudios de Andalucía S.L. (Ingesa) is an Andalusia-based consultancy working in four main areas: civil engineering; water and the environment; transportation infrastructure and land communications; and architecture and urban planning. Projects listed by Ingesa include wastewater collection and treatment in Valenzuela, Córdoba; a general irrigation system for green spaces in Córdoba; wastewater collection in Martos, Jaén; collectors and a new treatment plant in Sabiote, Jaén; the El Carpio–Torredonjimeno highway; and the Chiclana de la Frontera–San Fernando light-rail line. The company also cites primary and early-childhood education schools in Bujalance, Córdoba, and Alhaurín de la Torre.

In Peru, its work has included supervising water and sanitation projects in the provinces of Cotabambas, Abancay, and Andahuaylas in the Apurímac region; social oversight of water and sanitation projects in Chucuito, Puno, and San Román in the Puno region; and supervision of the Initial Education School No. 145 in Callagan, Molino district, Pachitea province, Huánuco region. In Paraguay, it prepared a property inventory and oversaw rehabilitation and paving work on the Vaquería–Route 10 junction segment.
