Kieback&Peter Ibérica is the Spanish subsidiary of the Kieback&Peter Group and specializes in building automation. Its software and hardware integrate heating, ventilation, climate control, fire-protection systems, and other building equipment into a unified, optimized system intended to make buildings more comfortable, efficient, and safe.

Group Experience

The Kieback&Peter Group has nearly 100 years of experience in intelligent building automation. In November 2025, Trane Technologies acquired a 49% minority stake in the group to accelerate the transition to sustainable, smart buildings. The company also has a strategic partnership with LOYTEC electronics to develop room-automation solutions.

Locations and Activity

The company has an international presence, with country websites for Spain, Austria, Belgium, Switzerland, France, Italy, the Netherlands, and Sweden. In Germany, it has five branches in Dresden, Leipzig, Erfurt, Magdeburg, and Rostock, which marked 35 years in 2025. The group's headquarters is slated to move to the THE FRIEDENAUER complex at Innsbrucker Platz in Berlin.
