About gangaz.es
What gangaz.es is
gangaz.es is an independent software studio in Spain that develops its own SaaS products and custom systems for small stores and businesses. Its stated approach is to solve specific operational problems—reservations, inventory and customer loyalty—without adding unnecessary complexity.
SaaS products
The studio presents four products at different development stages:
- Turno: a production reservation calendar that confirms appointments, sends reminders and helps fill openings.
- Queda: inventory control with alerts and ordering tools, listed as a private beta.
- Fidelo: a digital stamp and rewards card intended to replace paper loyalty coupons, listed as in development.
- Qrflow: dynamic QR codes for menus, catalogs or information pages, advertised with a one-time payment rather than a monthly subscription and listed as in development.
Custom development
The portfolio also describes software built around individual client needs:
- La Parrilla de Sofía: a 2025 dynamic QR menu linked to restaurant inventory so unavailable dishes disappear.
- Studio Mara: a 2025 salon booking system with deposits, WhatsApp reminders and Google Calendar synchronization.
- María Cesta: a 2024 e-commerce system synchronizing in-store and online stock without per-sale commissions.
- Clínica Vidal: a 2024 internal system for patients, appointments and clinical records, replacing six spreadsheets.
- Ferresan: a 2023 searchable hardware catalog with more than 8,000 items and signed PDF estimates sent by email.
AI workload migration
The studio offers to move selected workloads from frontier-model providers such as OpenAI and Anthropic to open-source models including DeepSeek, Qwen, Llama or Mistral, served through Amazon Bedrock or Azure AI Foundry. It describes auditing current bills, revising prompts and orchestration, using fine-tuning when needed and delivering portable code. The company cites typical savings near 80% for noncritical workloads; that is its own estimate and depends on model quality, volume, latency, engineering and hosting. European data residency can support a privacy program, but does not by itself establish GDPR compliance.
