Meribia is a business software company founded in Spain in the 1990s and specializing in tools for road freight companies. It began expanding internationally in 2002 with an office in Chile and has developed commercial partnerships in other Latin American countries, including Mexico and Colombia, since 2021. The company reports more than 30 years of experience.

Products and solutions

Its offering has three main product lines:

• Meribia Transporte: A scalable, customizable transportation management system (TMS) for managing fleets, repair shops, documentation, human resources, and performance analysis.
• Meribia Gestión: An enterprise resource planning (ERP) system for areas such as inventory, purchasing, billing, and point-of-sale sales.
• Meribia Advance: Applications designed to automate daily tasks across different departments.

Meribia Mobile is an additional driver communication app that assigns services, tracks them in real time, and manages documentation. The company says it has added Verifactu to all its solutions to align with Spain’s electronic invoicing rules.

Features

Meribia’s software covers fleet management, repair shop management (maintenance planning and expense tracking), performance analysis, document management (delivery notes, CMR consignment notes, invoices, and expense receipts), and human resources for transportation companies. The interface is designed to be intuitive, and the platform can be expanded with modules.

Clients and locations

More than 400 clients use its transportation management systems, as well as its solutions for clinics and bus fleets. The company operates in Spain and Chile, with separate offices and contacts in each country.
